Hi, I am Debs and as a qualified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England) Instructor Member, I have the expertise to provide you and/or your company with high quality, pragmatic MHFA England training – the mental health equivalent of physical first aid.
I have taught Mental Health First Aid Training for over 15 Years and trained over 3000 students.
WHAT MAKES ME QUALIFIED?
Apart from my MHFA England and NCSPT Instructor qualifications and Volunteer Training, I also have 10 years’ experience in substance misuse recovery, have been a Crisis Volunteer with the mental health crisis text line Give us a Shout and have personal, familial experience of addictions, anxiety and depression. In short, I’ve been there, done it and got the t-shirt!
