Half Day Mental Health First Aid Course
This online course is suitable for anyone wishing to take care of their own (or someone else’s) mental wellbeing, or for companies looking to train their staff to recognise signs and symptoms of mental ill health.
OVERVIEW
This course is currently only available online.
This course raises awareness of mental health. It covers:
- What mental health is and how to challenge stigma
- A basic knowledge of some common mental health issues
- An introduction to looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing
Confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue
WHAT IS THE FORMAT?
This is a half day course delivered via online video conferencing
Numbers are limited to 25 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn. built around a Mental Health First Aid action plan

ON COMPLETING THIS COURSE, YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- A certificate of attendance to say you are Mental Health Aware
- A manual to refer to whenever you need it
- A workbook including a helpful toolkit to support your own mental health

We value this course at £125.00 per person.
